Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Return and Refund Policy

At Beltpage we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as the following conditions are met:
An unused and unpacked item can be returned unconditionally within 30 days of receipt. Damages incurred during shipping are always covered by our return policy. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@beltpage.com using the email address you used when ordering. Our representatives consisting of real people will welcome you and inform you at every step.
  Please use DHL, UPS or FedEx to return the item and provide us with a tracking number. After we receive the item, we will process your refund. Please note that for returns from the US and Canada, the entire process may take 20-30 business days.
