Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if it has been 30 days since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are special or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchased product back to the manufacturer.
There are certain cases where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
- Book with clear signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our fault.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if any)
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a given day.
Late or incomplete refunds (if any)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing period before a refund is issued.

Sale items (if any)
Only regular priced items can be returned, unfortunately discounted items cannot be returned.
Changes (if any)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it with the same product, email us at email@example.com and send your product to Düzağaç,2, 2602, Çelikhan/ Adıyaman, Turkey. Please send the product via TNT or FedEx to the address below. Any package sent with another carrier will not be accepted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you when we receive the returned product.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to you for later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
